The brand aims to use technology to generate a VIP service that allows customers to create unique trench coats. We would like the digital marketing team to planning & creating a Detailed on-line Marketing Strategy with the emphasis on Social Media and Search Engine Marketing Campaign for the retailer of your choice encompassing an omnichannel approach. You will need to Incorporate into this the consumer journey how essential positive customer relations are for customer retention and overall for the brand.
