BURBERRY STORE VIST: 121 REGENT STREET

It was a rainy day when we walked into the 'Burberry Flagship Store'. We were nervous and thought that they would let us in, but this kind staff let us in and direct us to the lift to go up to the second floor where we toured and then meet more lovely staff who showed us around and explain that the stock was only displayed 1 per item. Which we thought were very different from other retailers, also it screamed luxury. We then meet this lovely man who asked if we wanted to try the coat on and I said yes. He was very friendly and got the coat I wanted while also giving me product info that I didn't know and found interesting but made I chose harder. Then we when downstairs and saw the checkout point and understood that they send us on a journey to understand the brand before we buy. Also, we were able to see the cafe as well before we left.


Some important fact we learned

-Burberry trench coat can last for 3 generation and just need a new lining change.

-All the technology was removed from the store a few years ago they staff. 

-Wany's us to purpose fully go on a journey.
